Within New Zealand
We deiver your items using Courier Post.
Most items are wrapped. Please let us know if the purchase is a gift and we will wrap accordingly. Instructions can be specified in the "special instructions" field at the check out.
Delivery costs are a standard cost calculated at check out. The rate is
Delivery within New Zealand $7.50 using courier post.
We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days from dispatch. Orders received during the weeknd or on a public holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Australia
We deliver to Australia using NZ Post Courier.
International
Using NZ Post International Courier. NB PO Boxes not accepted.
Delivery to the rest of the world $20
You are responsible for your countrys duties and taxes applied on imported items.
Please contact us if you require an urgent delivery or for any other postage enquiries.
Returns
Your happiness with our product is important to us.
We are happy to exchange for a different size and or style. Please return the item within 14 days for either an exchange or a refund. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also come with your proof or purchase. The address for return is Laundry Room, 13A shearer drive, Oakura. New Plymouth 4310. New Zealand. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty in which case we will offer a refund.
Because our tops are produced in small quantities, we may not always beable to replace your item. In this case we will issue a refund.
We do accept international returns however we are unable to refund the cost of returning the goods to us.
